According to research from Parks Associates, about 70 million consumers will either have HD radio or satellite radio by 2012.
Parks Associates says that satellite radio subscribers will grow from 20.5 million in 2008 to 39 million by 2012. HD radio adoption will increase from 4.2 million in 2008 to 30 million by 2012.
